This is mainly an informative session where we will talk to you to understand your expectations, explore what you may expect from counseling / therapy at ScaleUpCare and see if and how we are able to help you. Pre-requirements: Computer, laptop or smartphone; Set of headphones, microphone and camera; Good internet connection. Procedures: Click the link we will email to you so you can access your psychologist's virtual waiting room; To prepare for the session, make sure you are in a private room with little to no possibility of interruption.
