See a licensed clinical psychologist in three simple steps.

Go to the Appointments page and select "Preliminary appointment".
At this appointment, one of our licensed clinical psychologists will video-call you to:

Introduce you to the process of online therapy at ScaleUpCare.

Assess if and how we may be able to help you.

Select the day, time and the psychologist of your choice.
Our psychologists are usually available within a 12-hour time period. You may know more about them here.
You may see available time-slots as well as the available professionals by selecting a day from the calendar.

Fill the contact forms.
All you need to let us know on the contact forms is your e-mail and the name you wish to be called.
You can also let us know your phone number and add a message of your choice.
That's it. You are all set!
Shortly before your session, one of our licensed clinical psychologists will e-mail you a link to their virtual waiting room.
We use HIPAA and GDPR compliant end-to-end encrypted video-conference software (such as Zoom, Vsee or Doxy.me) and we abide by a strict code of ethics. This means that your sessions are completely private and confidential and all data you provide to us is encrypted, password-protected and only accessible by your psychologist.
Note: When you schedule an appointment you are automatically registered on this website. If you want to cancel or reschedule your appointment, simply log in (or sign-up, if you haven't already) and access your account.
